Mandatory professional standards, conflict of interest rules, and misconduct policies for all verified experts.

1. Customer-Centric Advisory Duties

Verified experts must provide objective, transparent advice tailored strictly to the customer's financial requirement without bias or unstated commercial motives.

2. Privacy & Data Confidentiality

Experts must never export, share, or misuse customer contact details unlocked for consultation. Any unauthorized data sharing results in immediate platform ban and legal escalation.

3. Zero Payment Collection & Zero Joining Fees

FinSetu India does not charge experts joining fees or subscription fees, nor does it collect customer policy payments. Experts must never solicit direct cash or unauthorized personal bank transfers from users.
