FinSetu India will NEVER ask you for:
- ✕ OTP (One-Time Password)
- ✕ UPI PIN
- ✕ ATM / Debit / Credit Card PIN
- ✕ CVV Code
- ✕ Internet Banking Password
- ✕ FinSetu Login Password
- ✕ Complete Bank Account / Card Credentials
- ✕ Remote Access to your phone/computer (e.g. AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
- ✕ Money transfers to an Expert's personal UPI/Bank account claiming FinSetu requirement
Important Customer Anti-Fraud Rules
1. Internal Expert Verification & Customer Due Diligence
FinSetu India verifies Experts through an internal identity and professional verification process before enabling Expert access to customer leads. Customers should nevertheless independently verify professional credentials where appropriate.
2. Never Share Credential Secrets
No legitimate bank officer, insurance representative, or FinSetu Expert will ever ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, ATM PIN, or Internet Banking Password. Anyone asking for these is attempting fraud.
3. Reject Remote Access Requests
Never install screen-sharing software (such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or QuickSupport) or click suspicious payment links sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
