1. How FinSetu India May Earn
To keep our core financial calculators, planning roadmaps, educational articles, and research guides 100% free for all users, FinSetu India generates revenue through the following commercial mechanisms:
Relevant Advertising
Display advertisements served via programmatic ad networks (such as Google AdSense) or direct brand placements on eligible educational pages.
Affiliate & Referral Partnerships
Commercial referral links to verified financial providers, tools, or services where legally and commercially appropriate.
Sponsored Educational Content
Custom educational guides, webinars, or research briefs created in collaboration with industry sponsors.
Clearly Disclosed Collaborations
Strategic educational brand partnerships clearly identified as sponsored or promoted material.
2. Advertising Standards & Labeling
Advertisements served on FinSetu India are visually distinguished from our independent editorial and educational content. All ad placements are explicitly labeled as “Advertisement” or “Sponsored”.
- Ads are placed strictly outside core calculator interaction controls, login/OTP forms, and administrative dashboards.
- We strictly prohibit deceptive ad styling that mimics site navigation buttons or calculation results.
- We never encourage users to click advertisements or claim that ad clicks support our platform.
3. Affiliate & Partner Link Disclosures
Some links on FinSetu India may be affiliate or partner links. If a user completes an eligible action (such as opening an account, requesting details, or subscribing) through such a link, FinSetu India may receive financial compensation at no additional cost to the user.
All commercial partner links carry standardized rel="sponsored" or rel="noopener noreferrer sponsored" HTML attributes per Google Search and IRDAI advertising guidelines. Ordinary educational references and official regulatory links are never marked as sponsored.
4. Sponsored Content Policies
Sponsored articles, video guides, or research briefs are prominently labeled with a “Sponsored Content” or “Sponsored” badge at the top of the material, accompanied by an explicit explanation of the commercial sponsorship.
We never disguise sponsored content as independent editorial recommendations or neutral decision-support advice.
5. Editorial & Calculation Independence
Commercial relationships do not guarantee a positive review, ranking, recommendation, or financial outcome.
Our mathematical algorithms, tax calculators, SIP projections, HLV formulas, and expert connection directories operate under fixed, transparent rules. Commercial partners cannot pay to alter calculator outputs, inflate return projections, or manipulate organic search rankings.

Actual financial products, premiums, interest rates, eligibility criteria, underwriting policies, returns, taxation rules, and legal terms depend on the relevant provider, official regulations, and individual circumstances.
